Consultation

Price: $150

Our Athlete Consultations are designed to help you make informed decisions that align with your goals by tapping into our depth of experience in endurance training, physiology, and race craft. Whether you’re self-coached and curious, or seeking a 2nd opinion, a consultation gives you a chance to hone in on exactly what you need.

  • Flexible, deep-dive session (typically 1–2 hours) via phone or video chat

  • Option to include a full file review (via Vekta or TrainingPeaks), to assess training history, power data, recovery, and more before the conversation.

  • Additional resources and reading suggestions (when applicable)

  • A summary of takeaways and actionable next steps

*Coaching cost is dependent on level of commitment(contract length) Lowest price is based on 12-month commitment

Private coaching

Whatever your skill level or goals, private instruction is a great way to accelerate your progression. We will work together to define goals and coach you along a path for development while providing actionable feedback throughout the session. As we approach the end of the session we will provide you with recommendations for continued growth to do on your own, or before your next session. 

Pricing: 75/hr (minimum of 2hr)

Group clinic

Group clinics are a great way to learn and grow alongside others. Whether a family or a group of friends you can be sure that we will have fun together while ensuring everyone receives quality feedback and progresses during our time together. These clinics are custom-tailored to your group’s skill level(even if that means varying) and goals. 

Pricing (2-6 participants): 100/hr + 25/hr per additional person over 2

(Pro Tip: The more that join, the cheaper it becomes per person!)

training camps

Training camps are designed for teams or groups of athletes seeking to develop in key areas to prepare them for their challenges and competitions. Typically, camps last at least one day and have a theme or a few specific areas of focus that may be skill-based, education-oriented, or fitness-focused. Please reach out to discuss your team’s needs and to discuss how we may work together.

Pricing: Custom pricing is dependent on team size, length, number of coaches, and any necessary logistics/travel.
